Official Warranty Language
J Tech Solutions, Inc. products are warrantied by the original manufacturer to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, for the period of time specified in and otherwise described by the documents furnished with each product. Unless otherwise noted the warranty period is two (2) years. Warranty period begins on the date of shipment ex works.
About Our Outlets
We stand behind our product. Since 2014, Docking Drawer has been committed to our customers, demonstrated through both our service to them and the way we approach safety in our outlets. Each outlet series is cycle tested 500,000 times. That means our products are tested 50x longer than required by our independent safety laboratory, Intertek. We also have a lab perform an inspection of the mechanical parts of our outlets after cycle testing. They look for signs of general wear and tear as well as worn and cracked wiring. Also, all Docking Drawer outlets for both the North American and the International marketplace are tested using High Potential testing, also called hi-pot, after assembly. Hi-pot testing involves subjecting the devices to 10x it's normal voltage in order to verify that all the insulation and wires are performing normally. The ground path is also checked at 2x's the normal current to ensure it is working properly.
Time and again our outlets have withstood rigorous testing. We even have the certifications to prove it. Such testing is in part why we offer such a fantastic warranty. We know our products are safe to use and will last for a long time. Our outlets also pass home and building inspections and we've never had an outlet returned because it didn't follow coding guidelines.

Choose from two types of outlets. Charging outlets are specifically designed to charge today's technology and feature a built-in circuit breaker preventing high power devices such as hair dryers from being used. Our Powering outlets are ideal for hair dryers, curling irons, and anything requiring up to 20 amps of current. These outlets feature a UL Listed thermostat that cuts power to the outlet in the event that the surrounding temperature exceeds 120ËšF.
