Innovative Technology

Our interlock outlet is at the center of the safety outlet collection. With all safety outlet solutions, you will swap your existing junction box with the interlock outlet that comes in your safety outlet kit, then you’ll connect the disconnect switch or smoke and heat sensor (depending on which product you’re installing) to the outlet. The switch or sensor act will trigger the interlock to cut power to your outlet when a specific situation happens.

Added Layer of Safety for Vanity or Appliance Drawers

The Safety Outlet with Blade Limit Switch was designed to be paired with any of our Blade Series in-drawer outlets, offering an additional layer of safety when powering hot styling tools or heat-generating appliances inside the drawer box. The Blade Limit Switch detects the drawer’s position and cuts power to the in-drawer outlet as the drawer begins to close, offering peace of mind when powering curling irons, flat irons and other hot styling tools inside the bathroom drawer, or toasters and other small appliances inside the kitchen drawer.

Added Layer of Safety for Vanity or Appliance Garages

Our Safety Outlet Disconnect products were designed to sense the position of a cabinet door and cut electrical power whenever the door is closed. This adds an additional layer of safety for appliance garages within the cabinet, ensuring that coffee makers, toaster ovens and other heat-generating appliances are powered off any time the cabinet door is closed.

Added Layer of Safety Against Common Fire Risks

Our Fire Guard Outlets and Disconnect products were designed to add an additional layer of protection to appliances and situations that pose common fire risks. Swap your junction box with the Interlock Outlet, connect the smoke and heat sensor, and use this setup to power things like dishwashers, microwaves, 3D printers, and gas dryers. At the very first sign of smoke or heat, an alarm will sound and the outlet will be de-energized, stopping the source of the potential fire before it starts.
