Docking Drawer wants you to be happy with your order. If for some reason an outlet you purchased from Docking Drawer needs to be exchanged to another outlet series or size, Docking Drawer will happily accept exchanges.

An exchange is basically a return without a restocking fee followed by a new purchase. Once your exchanged is returned, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days.

Docking Drawer Return Policy:

A 0% restocking fee applies to exchanges.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns within 30 days.
A 25% restocking fee applies to returns within 30-60 days.
No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
Defective products will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

2 Year Warranty and Limitation of Liability

J Tech Solutions, Inc products are warrantied by the original manufacturer to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, for the period of time specified in and otherwise described by the documents furnished with each product. Unless otherwise noted the warranty period is two (2) years. Warranty period begins on the date of shipment ex works.
